About Me
I am an American cellist and music educator based in West London. I graduated with distinction from the Royal College of Music (BMus) and Royal Academy of Music (MA) where I studied with professors Alastair Blayden, Hélène Dautry, and Benjamin Hughes. I love to perform orchestral and chamber music and am also a monthly musician-in-residence at Kensington Unitarian Church.
Growing up as a Suzuki child in America with two Suzuki teacher parents, I have a deep love for the repertoire and method. Previously having trained with the Suzuki Association of the Americas under professors Beth Goldstein-McKee and Alice Ann O’Neill, I am now continuing my professional development and with the European Suzuki Association.
I have worked as a cello teacher, ensemble leader, and workshop practitioner with the Tri-Borough Music Hub, National Children’s Orchestra, Gifford Youth Orchestra, London Sinfonietta, RCM Sparks, and the Boston Philharmonic.
